Never underestimate our power to make or break the life of a child. A child is a blank slate craving for content. The experiences in his early years shape his fundamental beliefs and expectations that will form the blueprint for the rest of his life. One important job as a parent is to foster the self-love and self-esteem they need to handle bullying and the pressures of fitting in with others while preserving positive and healthy values.

 

RTT can help us become conscious parents by addressing our undesirable thoughts, habits and emotions that are often caused by unmet needs in our own childhood. In understanding how to become loving parents to ourselves and fixing our issues, we can provide the safety, security and stability every child needs in order to thrive.
