RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY
WHY RTT®?
Unlike many hypnotherapy treatments, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. RTT® therapy gets to the root cause of an issue, giving the clients the most liberating understanding and transformative power to achieve dramatic long-lasting results in as little as one session. Deep-seated and chronic issues require 3 or more sessions.
IS RTT® A RECOGNIZED FORM OF THERAPY?
RTT® is endorsed by the National and International Council of Psychotherapists, the American Board of Hypnotherapy, the International Association of Complementary Therapists, plus the International Institute of Complementary Therapists.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM A SESSION?
Each session is 90 mins to 2 hours long. Before your RTT session there will be a 30 minute consultation to discuss your issue and what you want out of your session. Your therapist will also address any questions or concerns you have have. Watch the video on the RTT® website What is RTT®? | About Rapid Transformational Therapy and Hypnotherapy and learn about what to expect from an RTT® session.
WHAT IS HYPNOSIS AND IS IT SAFE?
Hypnosis is experienced differently by different people and the common experience is liken to deep relaxation with increased focus on inner awareness. But hypnosis goes deeper than simply calming the mind, it accesses the subconscious by bypassing the critical conscious mind, allowing the client to understand feelings and behaviour to past events, reinterpret those events and reinstall new beliefs and behaviours. Hypnosis is safe but not recommended for people with severe mental illness or epilepsy.
I'VE TRIED HYPNOSIS BEFORE. HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT?
Traditional hypnosis addresses the presenting issue, for example, anxiety, by relying solely on positive reinforcement. RTT® however, will help you to discover what has led you to feel anxious so you can  ultimately be free from the limiting and often false or outdated belief.
IS WORKING ONLINE AS EFFECTIVE AS WORKING IN PERSON?
RTT® is just as effective online as in person. Since RTT® is a closed eye process, like hypnotherapy, the only real difference between a face-to-face session and an online session is who provides the safe space - will it be the therapist providing use of their office or will it be you in the comfort of your own home? Many clients report feeling even more relaxed when having RTT® online in the comfort of their home.
I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING ELSE - WILL THIS WORK?
There are lots of fabulous therapies out there, but very few are brave enough to look at the root cause specifically. By doing so RTT® will often succeed where other therapies have not. Some therapies will focus on the behavior exclusively. Others believe that verbalizing the problem is enough to generate change. There are even some modalities that believe the root cause of a person's problems is not important. Understanding how our subconscious formed those negative beliefs & behaviors and experiencing the power and freedom to change them is the underlying RTT® process.
WHAT IF IT DOESN'T WORK?
There isn’t a single medication or therapy on the planet that works for 100% of people, 100% of the time, but what we can say with confidence is RTT® works for most people, most of the time.
The level of understanding given in an RTT® session, alongside the transformation and 28-day recording, plus the support from your therapist makes RTT® fully comprehensive and empowering for our clients. You must commit to listening to the recording created for you in the session every day for 28 days. This locks in the changes made and is a vital part of the process.
